Made another pony on *StyxLady's base... and I decided to keep him xD I love Black'n'white paints too much! Plus he's all clocky!~

Etc: He's pretty picky when it comes to time. If you're even a few seconds late for something, he'll complain. He opens his clock shop at precisely 11:00:00am and closes it at 5:00:00pm. He always has at LEAST one timepiece of some sort on him, though usually more. In this picture he has an hourglass necklace and a digital watch on his tail.
